Needed a car for a week and found the whole process very smooth. Both Diego and David were friendly and easy going. Low deposit and it was returned the same day. I was lucky to get my preferred vehicle even though it wasn't guaranteed. Would definitely recommend and will use again. Thanks!

Hired a car to drive to Great Yarmouth from the Thornton Heath branch, i booked to pick the car up at 4pm, when i got there, I noticed the car park was full of cars to hire, i was given the one that was very load to drive, sounded like a tank. I called them and asked for a replacement but they told me there wasn’t any vehicles to replace it with, so now i am stuck with a vehicle that is worse to drive than my 10 year old transit van even though the car park was full with hire cars 30 minutes before closing. Last time i would hire from these
Returned Sprinter we hired from Cumbria here. Very pleasant professional team. The vehicle was in good condition and easy to drive without any issues.
5 star service and anyone going thornton heath enterprise ask for the gentleman COLLIN best customer service I have experienced @enterprise Collins deserves a promotion / Payrise as he handled everything fast and efficiently very professional I actually thought he a manager but he not and I recommend enterprise make him a manager.
Moving house and booked a large rental van with them. I picked up the van which was pretty tired looking. As soon as I started driving, the side door warning light and audible alarm came on. It turned out to be faulty and the van not drivable. The customer service I received at that point was dreadful. "There is nothing we can do sir." They did have another same sized van on site but would not let me have that. They did not offer to check availability at other enterprise sites, and only begrudgingly did when I asked.
In the end I had to rent with sixt at the last minute at great expense. I will make sure to never use enterprise Thornton heath again.
Safety concerns- Brakes were spongy and steering getting tilted over 50 Miles speed giving unpleasant sudden surprises. Front desk team were trying to be sweet/ apologetic on their words but nothing done to provide replacement or anything useful for that matter
Kane and Maxwell provided a wonderful service - easy to access hire car for our trip over from Australia. We even got a refund at the end because we nearly overpaid! Thank you both!!
